Technologies to Purify Your Biogas and Meet Strict Gas Grid and Pipeline Specifications

EcoVapor’s catalytic deoxygenation (deoxo) and H2S treating solutions remove contaminants from your biogas stream, specifically by eliminating oxygen and H2S using sustainable technologies without generating harmful byproducts. EcoVapor technology purifies your biogas stream to meet stringent pipeline (gas grid) specifications – a critical step in upgrading to valuable Biomethane or Renewable Natural Gas (RNG).

All of our skids are modular and facilitate a flexible approach, making it easy to scale up or down, as your gas feedstock volumes and budget permit.

The EcoVapor Difference – Field-tested and Flexible Solutions

  • Flexibility to right-size our equipment and align operating cost with volume
  • Field tested and proven technology with more than a decade of reliable operation
  • We provude the complete gas treating solution, from catalytic oxygen removal (deoxo) to H2S, drying capacity and more
  • Remove oxygen, moisture and sulfur from your gas stream to meet the most stringent pipeline (gas grid) specifications

DryOxo™ – Integrated deoxo and dryer

The DryOxo integrated package consists of our leading ZerO2TM oxygen removal (deoxo) technology combined with a TSA dryer to remove excess water vapor typically before Nitrogen removal and/or compression to sales.

The DryOxo skid provides RNG project operators with an effective and environmentally safe solution for eliminating both oxygen and moisture from biogas streams, including dairy, swine as well as Landfill Gas (LFG) operations.

ZerO2™ Oxygen Removal (deoxo) Solution

EcoVapor’s field-tested, proven catalytic deoxo technology eliminates oxygen from agricultural biogas streams to meet the most stringent pipeline specifications, helping upgrade biogas to valuable Renewable Natural Gas (RNG).

ZerO2 units in the field have chalked-up more than a decade of reliable operation for Oil & Gas producers in some of the most extreme, harsh weather environments. Now, our ZerO2 catalytic oxygen removal (deoxo) solution is available to agricultural biogas operations who want to capitalize on the RNG opportunity, improve sustainability and generate long-term profits.

ZerO2 is modular and facilitates a flexible approach, making it easy to scale up or down, as your biogas production volumes change and budget permits.

Sulfur Sentinel™ – Cost-Effective H2S Treatment

An all-in-one solution for cost-effectively treating H2S. It uses a simple but highly effective dry iron oxide scavenger to safely remove hydrogen sulfide from the gas stream. This eliminates the complex equipment and scale inhibitors needed when using liquid chemicals. The spent iron oxide is easily and safely vacuumed from the vessel and disposed of in a local landfill without any special permits.
